Our dramatic area slowly progressed from a kitchen to a classroom. The kinders worked together to co-create a list of tools and materials they needed for their classroom. Next, step they will gather materials and we will begin the transformation. What may appear as a regular play activity is actually a rich learning experience demonstrating problem solving, collaboration, belonging and contributing, and writing and mathematical behaviours. So much learning in our everyday experiences!!!!
There has been lots of writing at home too!
