Hello Parents,
Just as is the case of fire drills, we are mandated to have "lock down" practices in our school. In anticipation of a school-wide lock down practice, we will be reviewing this practice this week. We will be explaining the need for a lock down practice in age appropriate terms. In the case of bad weather or a frightened animal accidentally entering our school, we need to go to a safe place. This safe area is our cubby area in our classroom. We need to be ever so quiet so that the scared skunk or raccoon doesn't know were are in the classroom!!
